These Terms govern website access and informational use only. All pricing, quotes, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and fulfillment of building systems are governed exclusively by separate written agreements executed by Sevier Metal Buildings and the purchaser.

1. Permitted Use
The Site and its content are provided solely for general informational purposes and lawful use. These Terms do not govern the sale of goods or services. Any purchase, quote, or transaction involving a metal building system is governed only by a separately executed written agreement.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, misleading, or prohibited purpose.

2. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, layouts, designs, software code, downloadable materials, and other content appearing on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of Sevier Metal Buildings or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, perform, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any Content without prior written consent from Sevier Metal Buildings.

Unauthorized use of the Content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

3. Third-Party Tools, Calculators, and Links
The Site may include or reference third-party tools, calculators, visualizers, AI-assisted interfaces, or external links (“Third-Party Tools”).

Third-Party Tools are provided for convenience and general reference only.
They do not constitute a quote, engineering design, specification, or binding representation.
Sevier Metal Buildings makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Third-Party Tools and disclaims all liability arising from their use.
Use of any Third-Party Tool is entirely at your own risk.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Visitors, users, and prospective purchasers are solely responsible for:

Verifying all applicable local, state, and federal codes;
Confirming wind, snow, seismic, exposure, and site-specific design criteria;
Obtaining all permits, approvals, inspections, and zoning clearances; and
Accurately disclosing all project-specific and site-specific conditions prior to contract execution.
Sevier Metal Buildings operates strictly as a supplier of pre-engineered and cold-formed steel building systems. We do not act as a general contractor, installer, erector, or construction manager and do not perform on-site construction services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Sevier Metal Buildings does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevier Metal Buildings, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
